Do you even notice a woman's upper arms?

I'm over 40 (the age where women are "supposed" to start covering that body part) and I've lost nearly 100 lbs so there are noticeable bat wings despite having pretty nice biceps and triceps lurking underneath.

I'll bare arms in my workout clothes but tend to cover up for social occasions. However it's 95-100 degrees here this time of year so thinking of wearing sleeveless to restaurant tonight for a second date.

So tell me, had you ever even thought of checking out a woman's upper arms before Michelle Obama's arms started getting commentary?

Personally I think if a guys eyes are at that level of my anatomy, it's the boobs that are getting the attention (I'm 34 GG), but being new to dating I'm a bit more self conscious about appearance than usual. Also, last time I was this size I was in my 20s and had never even thought about what my arms looked like.
