I am desperate for solutions to the sun spots/age spots that have come up on my face over the past couple of years. I am 42 and grew up in Florida and have a lot of sun damage. The spots make me look older than I am and when I cover them with make-up it has to be thick and they still show through some.
Try a good peel my fav is Philosophy, you will notice a
difference within a month.
Use SPF 24+ sun screen even when it's not sunny. Palmer's or Porcelana fade cream, they work better than the department store brands and both are VERY inexpensive. There is a gentler one for the face but I have never tried it. I have used these on my hands and lower arms with good results as well.
Shiseido White Lucent intensive brightening mask is also very good.
And of course you can have them lazered off, but be prepaired to use sun screen every day as they seem to return with the slightest bit of sun exposure.
