Scars and Vitamin E...?
 

I know I've read a thread on scars and vitamin E was suggested, but for the life of me I cannot find it. If anyone can point me to it I'd be very appreciative :)

Otherwise...

I have a few scars on my thigh that are pretty noticeable when I wear shorts. I've tried all the lotions and after reading a thread on 3FC about Viamin E I decided to buy a bottle and try it out. Here's my question: Buy it in capsule form or oil in a jar? AND how do I use it; rub it on or take the pill?

I've also heard that Vitamin E works wonders on scars. From what I hear, you are supposed to use only D-Alpha Vitmain E. That is the natural form. DL-Alpha is synthetic. Cut open a capsule and rub it into your scar a few times a day. I would also take the caps internally as healing begins from within.

I just started using Vitamin E on a series of scars I have on my chin the 29th of this month so although I don't have any results as of yet, I will keep people updated here on my success (or lack thereof) with it all.
