There IS Hope For Your Tummy/Midriff
I am 48 years old, have had 2 children and my highest weight was 230 pounds. Since changing my eating habits and lifestyle (for the final time I might add) I had noticed that my middle seemed to be dragging behind in the weight loss department. For several reasons I don't do much ab exercising, but I have been doing 30-45 min. of Walk Away The Pounds at least 5 times a week.
Just this past week or so, my middle seems to be catching up a bit. I know I will never be minus the extra skin from weight loss/gain and child-bearing, but I have hope that it may start to look better and better. If my belly catches up with the rest of me, I may just be in (another) new size, soon. So hang in there, it might just take while for your middle to catch up with the rest of you! |
Thank you, thank you! You don't know how much I needed this post today. Just wanted to hop on and say thanks. WTG on your tummy starting to catch up with the rest of you!

Yes, yes. Thank you. I really needed this too. Currently when I'm naked my stomach hangs so low (down to my thighs) that it looks like Droopy Dog's face. I am not exaggerating in the least. It doesn't help that I had an ovarian cyst removed when I was 20 and the doctor who did it cut from below my belly button straight down to above my pelvic area (22 staples to be exact). The scar acts as a divider between the two sides of my stomach and I hate it. I know with exercise it will look better, and I can't wait. This is my main motivation.

Thats great Annie, I know how frustrating it is when one body part takes longer than others to lose// for me my stomach goes first but the old thigh hip area looks disproportionately large, it's like im a fatty from the waist down. hopefully this will even out eventually:^:
