i get this.. Stress, dehydration.... andddddd too much time on the computer!

I've had the random bout of "twitchy eye" off and on since I was 12. It'll last for a few days, maybe up to a week, then go away. I have noticed a correlation with lack of sleep/stress (which are related for me, anyway) but I have NOT noticed a correlation with nutrition for me.

The only "cure" is a shot of Botox (I've been told this is actually one of the original uses that Botox was developed for, not wrinkles) but I've never wanted to get that done. I just deal, try to get some extra sleep, and try not to think about it too much - after all, that might stress me out more. :)
