There's an oil cleansing method that's supposed to be very good for oily skin. I don't know about blackheads specifically, but you can google it.

I've tried the oil cleansing method before and had fairly good results but got out of the routine. I think I'll start back tonight! ;)

Have you tried an aspirin mask? If you go to youtube, there are aspirin face mask tutorials. Cheap and easy!

Thanks to this thread I went and bought some of those biore black head strip things.

So I did as the instructions said......left it on for 15 minutes, peeled it off slowly and OMG, it hurt to take it off!!!! Now I look like rudolph! My nose is bright red. LOL. But man...you should see all the crap that strip took out. I saved it for my hubby to look at. HA!

Believe it or not, my son used Elmers glue on his nose, let it dry and peeled it off. OMG what it brought out of his pores was amazing.

Here's the oil cleanse for blackheads - it worked for me. The theory is that you have to "melt" the dirt that's clogging the pores. I did it daily for the first little while, and now I only have to do it every couple of weeks or so. Good luck if you decide to give it a try!
