I haven't shampooed my long curly hair in over a year...but clean it everyday with either Wen or Hair One (you can get hair one at Sally's) It is no longer all dried out, but not greasy at all.

I don't have curly hair but I don't really shampoo my hair much. I made the switch in early fall and I couldn't be happier. I shampoo and condition once a week and all the other days I simply rinse with water. My husband bought a little thing that fits in the shower head that supposedly removes chlorine from the water and that's helped a lot too.

It took a while for my scalp to adjust to such infrequent shampooing but if you can wait it out a few weeks it will be worth it. I've never gotten so many compliments about my hair.

As a side note.....when I read the title of this thread, I was expecting to hear some dietary information about constipation (because of the "no-poo"). Heh.
Thank you - I was afraid I was the only one!!!

I don't wash every day. I don't condition it though - just rinse with water and go on with my life. My hair is wreck if I wash it or not. :dizzy:
