Blow dryer recommendations?

It's about time for me to buy a new blow dryer and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good one. I'd like to keep it under $30 if possible. I've been using one I bought at walmart and I don't really have any complaints. My hair is really fine and on the thin-side, so I need one that will help with volume. I would use it every other day so I need something that won't damage my hair too much. I blow dry it most days I wash it (I usually skip every other day) and my hair stays shiny, so I'd like to keep it that way.
Thanks!

I DO NOT recommend the Revlon models.
My current Revlon model was my worst hairdryer choice ever, and I am also in the $30 or so range.
It, and it's stupid attachments which do not stay attached and the random burning smell due to the fact that you CANNOT clean the lint out of the back may see me in H-E-DOUBLECOTTONPICKINGHOCKEYSTICKS.
I am either waiting for it to die, or for hubs to forget I already have a blowdryer when we have occasion to be in the hair section of a Walgreens.

Argh. Arghityargharghargh.

Helen of Troy at Sally Beauty or Marlo Beauty is super good. And usually under $25.

Hot Tools sells pretty decent low end blow dryers.
