So I've always been under the impression that working out help those with acne problems. I have never had acne or breakouts or anything. All of a sudden, over the last week or so, (so about a month after I started working out/ eating right) I have 3 really gross looking (sorry for tmi) pimples on my face.. I'm talkin' BIG, I also have another one on my hip that's pretty freaky
Ick! Working out and that healthy glow can be such a myth! Just make sure to wash your face thoroughly after working out. I used to work out, relax and then hit the showers and I'd be breaking out all over the place. I guess the sweat drying must clog pores.
