Thanks for the input everyone. Aphil, I think you helped more than just myself.

I was very happy with the light brown by Revlon (neutral) that I used the last time. It looked very natural on me. I have a light golden brown kit also(they were BOGO and I couldn't decide which one to use) and am wondering whether to try it. I checked around, and I am definetely a warm tone. At the salon, I get an all over brown with golden highlights. Wondering if this, too, would work on me or if I should stick with just the light brown.

Hi! I have super dark brown hair that is beginning to gray. At this point, I'm plucking them but I know I can't do that forever or I'll be bald.

I've also used non-permanent hair color but sometimes it comes out way too dark.

I just don't want to be one of those little ladies some day who's hair color stays dark and looks totally unnatural.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
