dresses WITH sleeves?
 

I didn't know which section to put this in. I'm having a clothing issue.

My body shape is that I have a small waist (28 inches) and am I US size 10. However I carry all my fat in my thighs (each thigh is 25 inches around) and my upper arms (look like those mutton legs from medieval literature) and I have about 5 inches of hanging flab/wrinkly skin under each arm just to add to the effect.

So that said. Where can I buy dresses with SLEEVES. I'm not a fan of the blouse/skirt combo and I wear no pants (see above thigh ratio to waist problem). I also need them to at least hit my knees. I'm 5.10. I've searched online but am coming up short

Search on "wrap dress", you should be able to find some nice ones with short, 3/4, and long sleeves.
