Want to keep you weight loss off...eat slowly, put your fork down between bites, take a sip of water. DO NOT watch TV, read a book or do anything else but carry on a conversation with a dining companion. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the signal you have eaten. Eating too fast is asking for disaster. I have become a slow eater and kept 200+ punds off for nearly 30 years.
