Mel, I bought my treadmill used and can't seem to get the incline to work. I had DH look at it and he couldn't get it to work either. I do wish that I had a bubble butt. When I was younger and lost weight, I always had a round butt. I will try the lunges and squats on the floor. Does walking up hills help any. I plan to walk more outside and there are a lot of paved hills nearby.
Thanks, I will try Victorias Secret for bras and be fitted. It may be that I am getting totally the wrong size. I don't mind paying extra if I can get some that actually fit me.

I have to share this with the other maintainers. My son and his GF are moving to a new apartment. She is a tiny thing. 5'9 and 117 lbs. She was sorting through her jeans that she doesn't want anymore and asked me if I wanted to try them on. I said yes," especially after feeling larger than usual because of the comment the lady at the yard sale made". I was able to easily wear her size 3's. She had one pair of size 1's that I was able to button and zip but they would look too tight in public. Of course, my DH thought they looked great and said "I'd be proud to take you out in those tight jeans". Oh well, he is a little twisted. LOL. My DD that is 14 tried them on too and she could fit in all but the 1's. She has been half-heartedly trying to lose a few lbs. and it isn't working for her. She works now at a cafe and can't pass up the daily cakes. I do think the 3's, made her feel better about herself, especially since Amy (son's GF) can still wear them and is so skinny. To top if off, me and DD got 4 new pairs of jeans to share. I wanted to add that my DD isn't over-weight. She just thinks she is. All she needs is to exercise a little to flatten her tummy. Her weight is all in tummy, just like mine.

The lady there said "those are a size 12, and would probably be a little big on you". Then she added "you look like a size 10 to me". I just smiled and said "yes, they would be a little big". It really did make me think I look larger and I debated on trying to lose more. Then, I figured this is rediculous to second judge myself based on what a stranger said. I wanted to tell her that the baggy capris that I had on were much smaller than a ten, but I kept my mouth shut. Don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a 10 and I was darn proud when I hit that size and rightly so. It just made me think, do others think the same thing? I don't mean to be petty, I think if I were a size 14 and someone guessed me a size 20 that I'd feel the same way.

Just a thought Lily, I don't know the lady at the yard sale, but if she's like me, she may just think all small people look alike. ;) :joker: . I, who haven't been a size 10 since I was 10 years old, think 10 is tiny and I don't think I could tell a size 10 from a size 4 unless they were standing next to each other. So it could just be her inexperience with that size clothing rather than what you actually looked like.

Thanks, you might possibly be right. My other thought was since my capris were so baggy that I was wearing, maybe I looked bigger in them. Anyway , I felt better about myself today and am not going to second guess myself on what a healthy weight for me is.
