Hello hello!
It's dark and dreary over here in Sweden and I feel tired most of the time so needless to say, November is not a favourite of mine but it's not that much left of it (and it's payday on Friday, that always cheers me up!).
The season of foody temptations hasn't yet begun here since we don't celebrate Halloween much and we (for obvious reasons) don't celebrate Thanksgiving at all. Although I bet that the jars of gingerbread cookies will be out in full force soon. I have serious problems resisting those, the mere smell of them makes me drool!
November hasn't been very good as far as food and weight is concerned, but since I only started my maintenance phase in the beginning of this month I'm still trying to get used to the idea of maintaining and not losing. Right now I'm at the very top of my maintenance range and I'm working on lowering my weight just a little so that I won't be fretting over it so much. This months has been quite stressful with heavy workload (which has now eased up), serious doubts about my current career path and a boyfriend who's worked ridiculous overtime (he's back to normal hours now though) and thus I've been alone and a lot which tends to make me more interested in eating..
Moan moan. I really just wanted to say "Hi, I'm new here!" and good luck to all the American lasses who are fighting the long holiday season over there. Hang in there.
