Question
I've Been Eating Around 1500 And 2000 Calories A Day And Most Of Or A Lot Of The Cals Come From One Meal Is That Ok? :?:
|
Nope. Your body can only use about 1/4 -1/3 of that in about 3 hours. After that, the rest is turned to fat. Then you get hungry, your blood sugar drops, you get tired.... Next meal! Insulin levels go sky high, promoting more fat storage, then plummet along with your blood sugar. Repeat.
It would be far better for you to take the same amount of food and break it up into 5 meals, or 3 meals and two snacks. Mel |
