Are we going with this? I can put up the new thread but wanted to make sure we're in agreement.

From bed, I vote yes. I don't know if this is a cold or flu but I feel terrible. Hot and cold, runny nose, headache etc etc. Didn't eat yesterday which is unusual for me ...

Sunday at 161 even.

I read "maintain" incorrectly which made me hear a variation on an old song in my head --- "Ain't No Maintain High Enough."

My original version was "Take the Maintain Train" etc.

Hello Maintainers -

Glad to see everyone is still posting here. Apparently, my last login was in 2016!

I am doing pretty well. My weight is stable - I'm in the 121-125 range. I got married in June 2017 and we went to New Zealand for our honeymoon in November, which was the trip of a lifetime. I am training for a half marathon and am basically CONSTANTLY HUNGRY.

Default Self empowerment

Great thread title, It is the best form of empowerment on our journeys. Something I must remind myself everyday when I start to feel down about my weight.
