Thursday, Sept. 25th:
Usually on this day, I double up, doing an hour-long cardio session in the morning and a Pilates class in the evening. This time my hip and knees were sore from spin, so I just worked at my desk on a project that I'm late on, and will need to work on tomorrow as well. I was stronger in Pilates class tonight than usual, which was interesting to me.

Friday, Sept. 26th:
Nothing. No gym. In fact, barely moved. Worked all day on a truly horrible rewrite, from before 7 AM to 6 PM at night, and my mother arrived, and she took up the entire evening.
So frustrating, as I'm very close to completing NROLW, and this kept me from a strength-training workout.
Saturday, Sept. 27th:
The usual, while my mother slept:
60 min spin class
60 min Pilates mat class

Sunday, Sept. 28th:
No gym, but walked airport terminals, hauling heavy bags, lifting heavy bags, and then, once in Las Vegas, walked on the Strip, climbed stairs, but mostly walked. Legs felt like they were detached from my body by the time I got back to the room.
Monday, Sept. 29th:
Did NROLW Stage 7 in the hotel's gym, which was quite nice and had a truly decent freeweight section. Very gendered, with the women on the cardio machines. Mostly it was muscular guys, some pretty good-looking.
Some walking at Valley of Fire State Park, mostly driving the scenic loop, though.
Tuesday, Sept. 30th:
60 minutes on the Precor elliptical, random intervals, probably at mid-resistance, alternating forward and backward.
Which I didn't really need because we walked all day, from Hoover Dam tour to tours of the Mob Museum and Neon Museum and also walking around Fremont Street.
I was done-in today.
