  • July 15: 65 min elliptical, 45 min dog walk
  • July 13,14 hiked both days 2 hrs plus with elevation
    July 15 40 min running

    Went to podiatrist this am after run been having a flair of Morton neuroma got a cortisone shot in my foot staying of the rest of the day..Need to work in the morn and I am a waitress
  • July 15: P90X Kempo (60 mins)
    50 minutes weight lifting (shoulders and triceps)
  • Tuesday, July 16:

    45 minutes Stairmaster, utterly wiped out by this -- I went about seven minutes past the usual half-hour, then had to grab the side rails to finish.
  • July 16 AM, morning after giving blood in the afternoon:
    -15 minutes jogging on treadmill
    -5 minutes stair stepper
  • July 16: 13 min elliptical, spin class, 45 min dog walk
  • July 16: 7 miles running (58:22)
    50 minutes weight lifting (lats, delts, biceps)
  • July16 30 min Abs resting foot after injection and work was super busy!
  • July 17 AM: Calf raises, split squats, leg curls, leg raises, 5 minutes rowing
  • Friday 7/12: 30 mins medium weight workout, 4.9 miles on the bike
    Saturday 7/13: 30 mins hip opener yoga
    Sunday 7/14: 10k race
    Monday 7/15: 30 min light weight workout, 5.3 miles on the bike
    Tuesday 7/16: 3.5 mile run at the park
  • July 17: 3 miles walking - steep hills (48:22)
    50 minutes weight lifting (legs and glutes)
  • July 17: 40 min circuit training via workout trainer (much cursing during this workout - oof), 45 min dog walk. Was supposed to play tennis but it is rained out. Surprise!
  • July 17
    60 min weights circuit
    30 min cardio
    60 min dog walk

    Taking it easy on the foot for a day or two
  • Wednesday, July 17th:

    60 minutes shoulders, chest & triceps routine
    45 minute spin class, straight up spin

    I switched my strength training days because of an unusual work schedule this week. As usual, I was freaked out by having to be flexible & not doing what I was supposed to, when I was supposed to.

    Thursday, July 18th:

    60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating forward & backward
    60 minutes Pilates mat class
  • Wednesday 7/17: 30 min heavy weight workout, 5.4 miles on the stationary bike
