Jen, what happened? Was it one of those small but deadly little twigs, loose gravel or a dodge to avoid a car?

This is so wrong of me, but after reading that yesterday, I had that old surf music song "Wipeout" going through my head. At the time you didn't have the picture up.

That is reminding me of my own childhood wipeouts, usually on my bike. I've still got bluish-gray scar in my left elbow from the embedded gravel that I refused to let my mother dig out of my flesh with a heated needle.

Anyway ... Friday, July 12th:

60 minutes Stairmaster, the usual split-up session
60 minutes back & biceps routine, and it looks like I am **finally** moving up to 17.5 lbs for curls, on which I can now do 17 consecutive reps. I am thinking back several years ago when 5 lbs was A LOT and tired out my arms.

July 12: 100 minutes bikram yoga.... Great class but now I feel lightheaded. Not sure if I'm dehydrated, have low blood sugar, or low blood pressure. So far I've had water and some sweet cherries. I can't find my blood pressure monitor so I'm hoping that takes care of it.

I need to pack and do a million things before I leave tomorrow.

Totals:
14 workouts
1235 minutes

I had a couple of people comment that it did look more like a bike wipeout. I laid right out - barely anything on my knees - my left hip and arm.

I don't blame you for the song! It was pretty funny in a horrible way. It happened so fast - I **think** it's one of those things that where a smart person does a very stupid thing. I ran through where they're doing road construction and got a stone stuck in my shoe. Rather then stopping and picking it out, I tried to scuff my shoe and knock it out. DUH!!!

July 12: 7.28 miles running (59:50)
4 hours yard work AND I AM FREAKING DONE!!!!!!!!
