    I *almost* had a second workout today--
    I went to the gym for a body pump class but as soon as I got there I got a text from my dd. She is at work but has a migraine and is vomiting. Yuck! So, I went and took care of the doggie she is pet sitting for and came home. Waiting on her to come home now so I can do mommy duty--

  • Wednesday, July 10th:

    45 minute spin class with weight intervals, and the instructor woke up this morning & really worked us
  • Tuesday 7/9:
    3.3 mile interval run at the park, light this week with race on Sunday
  • July 9 PM: 2.5 miles in 24:15 in humidity. yuuuuck.
    July 10 AM: 2.0 miles in 19:19 on treadmill in hot gym, yuuuuuuck.

  • July 10: 45 minutes weight lifting (back and biceps)
    4 hours and 10 minutes weeding and mulching. OMG my flower beds have never looked SO GOOD! 2 more beds to do and then I am DONE!!!

  • July 10: 45 min dog walk, 60 min weight training (workout trainer - woot!), 1 hour tennis drills, 30 min doubles
  • Thursday, July 11th:

    60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating forward & backward, and happy that a torrential downpour that started up while I was on the machine had played itself out by the time I finished.

  • Wednesday July 10:
    Heavy weight workout - 30 minutes
    20 minutes on stationary bike, 4.9 miles
  • July 11: 8 miles running (1:03:03) - MASSIVE WIPEOUT

  • July 11: spin class, about 75 min tennis, just goofing around hitting balls, etc.
