    Drenched with sweat all through my routine, I find from a glance at the local weather that the humidity level is at 93%, which explains my extreme discomfort, as the gym's airconditioners aren't running yet. It's that unpleasant combination of cool but extremely humid.
  • I'm late logging in but 5/23: Jogged 4 miles
  • Yuck, saef. They had to bring in dehumidifiers in my gym. Especially in the spin room, at the end of class the floor would be wet from the humidity, creating a very unsafe (and gross) situation.
