45 minute spin class with weight intervals

CherryPie99 01-23-2013 07:45 PM

January 23: Cathe Friedrich Crossfire DVD (58 mins)
50 minutes weight lifting (lats, delts, biceps)

Thursday, Jan. 24th:

60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, half backward, and this felt too easy. Either the machine needs service or the deep freeze and low humidity levels is making me sweat less.
60 minutes Pilates mat class, just me & one other person, as the low temperatures seem to be keeping people indoors & at home.

Thanks Jen for your feedback! I think I will try to do both Zumba and Yoga today-- we'll see how the day goes. I was up at 4:45 with both a dog and cat vomiting so you never know!

Friday, Jan 25th:

30 minutes Stairmaster, same setting, same resistance, same experience of finding it hard to get through, as if my legs are somehow all over the place and I can't figure out the positioning
60 minutes back & biceps routine
30 minutes back on the Stairmaster, same setting, and I run smoothly as a machine -- well, a sweaty one. I can't figure this one out. I need that long to warm up?

January 24: big exercise day for me....I had to laugh at myself for how much I had to bring to coordinate everything-- from different workout outfits, to multiple waters, to a snack, to clothes to change into!

Totals:
28 workouts
2355 minutes

krampus 01-25-2013 12:19 PM

1/22 ended up another rest day
1/23 - walked around my old college campus for an hour, 3.4 mile run on the way home
1/24 - 1.5 hours roller skating, which was harder than I remembered.
1/25 - 35 min skimble workout trainer 'burn fat not muscle' Cardio workout, 20 mins on the elliptical

I'm trying to keep my workouts to one hour a day, except runs which I'm basing on a distance target. If I can get back into my yoga daily it will be extra.
