  • December 1: 60 minute Spin class-- great class! Thought I might make bikram yoga this afternoon but I have a sick mini cooper to deal with.

    Saturday Dec. 1st:

    60 minutes spin class, with weight intervals
    60 minutes Pilates mat class
  • 12/1:

    -15 minutes HIIT on treadmill
    -15 minutes arc trainer
    -30 minutes weights: lat pulldowns, flat bench press w/dumbbells, lunges, overhead DB presses, bodyweight squats (I don't want to throw out my back again just yet).
  • December 1:

    43 minutes P90X Cardio X
    50 Minutes lifting - arms and back

    Wow - we're a busy group today!

    Dec. 1: 40 min dog walk (2.25 mi), 15 min elliptical, spin class (also, an afternoon nap!)

    3.4 mi hike over moderate terrain

    5 sets stretching/pushups
  • Sunday, Dec. 2nd:

    15 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine
    60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
    45 minute spin class, completely full, as we begin the holiday routine of "repentant" Sundays
  • 12/2/12 - 11 miles on the treadmill (1:36:44)
  • Dec. 2: two 40 min dog walks (2.25 mi each), power class

  • December 3 - 45 minutes Zumba
    50 minutes weight lifting (lats, delts, triceps)
  • Monday, December 3:
    -10 minutes on arc trainer
    -30 minutes lifting: shoulders, biceps, lats, bench press, lunges with 20 and 30 lb dumbbells.
    -5 minutes jogging on treadmill for cooldown
