    60 minutes Yoga (Rodney Yee)
  • 40 min dog walk (2.25 mi), 1:45 tennis (doubles)
  • December 8: 55 minutes weight lifting (arms chest lats)
  • Friday, Dec. 7th:

    20 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
    40 minutes elliptical, intervals at 6 and 10, entirely going backward

    Hating working out in the evening on a Friday.

    Saturday, Dec. 8th:

    60 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance dropped to eight
    This was really tough.

  • Sunday, Dec. 9th:

    15 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, aerobic, resistance at nine
    60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
    45 minute spin class, tough but not as hard as Wednesday's
  • December 9: 6.75 mile walk
    60 minutes Core work
  • two 40 min dog walks (2.25 mi each), power class
  • Monday, Dec. 10th:

    45 minute spin class with weight intervals, and me snuffling into tissues but finding out I could do more than I thought
  • Saturday, 12/9:
    -Walking through Manhattan, I would estimate 5-6 miles at a good clip.

    Sunday, 12/10:
    -2.31 miles in 20 minutes HIIT on treadmill
    -10 minutes rowing on ERG machine
    -Situps with a dumbbell + renegade rows
  • Dec. 10: two 40 min dog walks (2.25 mi each), 65 min elliptical

    My son is home sick today, so that is throwing a wrench into my workout plans.
