Well hey guys, you might have noticed I've been pretty scarce lately. I haven't been doing a great job on maintenance lately because I'm pregnant! And this baby doesn't want any healthy foods, just Taco Bell, nachos, lasagna and pizza Mmmmm jalapenos.
We're having a boy and he's due Jan 13. We just got the positive results from our CVS test today - just the right number of chromosomes (I was worried due to my age), so it's finally safe to start sharing the good news!
Fantastic news. Congratulations! I had mine at age 39 and 40, so I know all about prenatal testing, perimenopausal parenting, etc. Welcome to the club.
Here's to the Greater Glory! Greater because now she's carrying her son inside her.

It's amazing to see both you women go through life's passages during your weight loss and afterward, in maintenance. We saw wedding photographs for both of you. And now there are -- and are going to be -- baby photographs.
You made your bodies healthy through your efforts & I am sure your babies will benefit from that. (Even with the current Taco Bell diet, Glory, the house that baby is living in was built on Superfoods.) You are both showing me how the effects of this work go so far beyond us.
