luckymommy I just wanted to let you know I've been thinking about you and hoping you regain control ASAP. krampus, you're a great support here and I appreciate your post! I'm also thinking this is not a diet issue but more feelings related. I think posting here has really helped me sift through the blurriness of it all so hopefully that will in and of itself bring back the good days. Hope you're doing great and that you're ripped!
