A major milestone today
Ok, so I wasn't going to post this, but I just couldn't help myself! ;) I've now lost 75 lbs.(as of this morning)!!! That is just so cool! I'm feeling kind of elated about it actually. I'm only in my first month of maintenance but I feel like this time, I can really keep it off. When I was in high school and before I gained my Freshman 15 (and then some!) in college, I weighed 145 lbs. I'm not sure if I should go that low because I doubt I had this kind of muscle back then, plus I have some extra skin.....I'm just gonna keep doing what feels comfortable to me and see where it takes me, but I'm just super proud of myself at this moment.
