Broken Wrist
 

:wave: Hi Guys, I just wanted to touch base here
and let you know that I'm still here all the time.

I'm maintaining, and reading your posts.
However I haven't posted much recently because two weeks ago
I broke my wrist and am in a cast.
I am limited to one hand typing right now.

Oh no!
Take care of yourself!! Hopefully it was a "simple" break. My mom broke her wrist tripping over the dog's bowl when she was about 70 and ended up with surgery/pins and a whole contraption!
I'll be thinking of you.

Oh, I missed this! I hope you heal quickly and can rejoin the conversation, bright angel. I'm curious how you broke your wrist but don't want to make you type a long story with one hand. You can tell us once you get better!

Short answer ... I fell on it while making an inspitational video for my Blog at DietHobby.com,
I'm still making them,---but more carefully. :o
