Desperate times call for desperate measures
 

So it's no secret that I've been struggling lately. I had a patient tell me about a clinic in the building where I work that offers injections of the substance-that-shall-not-be-named. Anyway, you pair those injections with a 500 calorie diet and lose weight.

Only it costs a lot of money. And I am as cheap as they come.

But then I realized that, due to my profession, I have access to liters and liter of.....ummm....urine samples, provided by pregnant women. Those liters are chock-full of the hormone-that-must-not-be-named. And I totally know how to give injections!!!

So, does anyone know how I can extract the hormone-which-must-not-be-named from pee so I can inject it and eat 500 calories and lose weight? I'm pretty desperate here......
