If you're like me (and I know I am), it's tough to know what to bring to a party that will be healthy, festive, and popular with the other guests. It's even harder when the party in question is for a bunch of 8-year olds! This year, I made a Christmas tree out of a pineapple top, apple, and dried fruit, and used it as the centerpiece for a fruit platter:
