I did--I had just never seen that formula before and it seems very low compared to others I've seen.

Fruitlady, if you want to not drive yourself crazy, you cannot expect to weigh the exact same thing every day. Fluctuating a few pounds over the course of the week is totally normal. Maybe one day you had something salty, and the next day your weight is up a pound -- it does NOT mean you gained a pound of fat overnight. It's just water fluctuations.

In order to determine whether a particular number of calories is making you gain or lose, I really think you need to give it at least a week at that level, preferably two weeks.

Thanks everyone! I know I can't stay at the same exact weight everyday, that's impossible, I never did expect that. I just would like to stay between 105 and 106, if it would go up to 107, then I would try to lose again. I binged last night for the first time in 2 weeks, now I am up to 107.9. Time to lose!

Me too! I figured that formula was just a good starting point. I'm figuring my maintenance will be in the 1800-2000 area with some flexibility on the weekends, but like everyone says it's individual and only time and experimentation will tell.
