Monday: 5 mile base run

I'm behind again!

Friday: dog walk
Saturday: dog walk, 30 min swim of 20 laps (=1000 yards)
Sunday: mutt strut, which is a 2.5 mile dog walk
Monday: 2 mile run with a couple sprint intervals, plus warmup and cooldown and stretching

Tuesday (strength):
5 min warmup on elliptical
3x10 squats with 2x20# dumbbells alternating with
3x10 push-ups on the bench
3x10 walking lunges (each leg) with 2x20# dumbbells alternating with
3x10 single-arm rows with 1x20# dumbbell
3 planks, 45 sec each
5 min stretching

Wednesday: 6 mile run + 1 hr conditioning class

Luckily I journal it as well so I can look back.

April 25: 35 min elliptical plus 30 minute walk to and from gym (65 total)

April 26: 65 minutes boxing boot camp class

April 27: none

April 28: 60 minutes spin class

April 29: 45 minutes hip hop class

Totals:

25 days
1424 minutes

This is more than I usually workout in a month-- I'm usually 1100 or 1200 minutes and my weight is still up-- are you kidding me?!
