Default No Excuses - Maintainers Food and Exercise Accountability in February!

New month, new thread!

D - Small bowl chili, small slice sourdough
S - NSA Ice Cream
No exercise - rest day

Tomorrow:
B - French toast w/ eggbeaters

S - Greek yogurt, sprinkle homemade granola
S - Popcorn
D - Chicken and broccoli stirfry, brown rice
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 60 min cardio snuck in first thing in the morning, due to some crazy schedule drama going on.

Ugh, day went haywire, all snacks skipped, went to Mexican for dinner (not my choice) - ordered chicken fajitas, ate 2 small corn tortillas, none of the sour cream, half of the beans, none of the rice, and 6 chips with salsa. Not catastrophic, but it feels like a brick in my stomach.

Midday update:

L: flat out light italian wrap w/ light laughing cow, mustard, turkey short cuts, broccoli & sliced tomato

Amanda - I just caught the Mexican food reference. Obviously your scale likes Mexican food better than POP food, that must be it.

Yesterday okay calorie wise with food, no exercise with the early pickup and doctor trip for DSS, which was okay as I was still a little sore anyway -

S: chocolate marshmallow heart
D: grilled chicken salad, one chicken finger
S: yogurt w/ berries and granola

Today:
B: kashi go lean w/ skim, arils, blueberry, blackberry, banana; coffee
S: yogurt w/ berries & granola, 1/4 serving dark chocolate espresso trail mix
L: grilled chicken salad
S: trying to not have one this afternoon, if so it will be a pack of salmon
D: birthday dinner for MIL at Longhorns. Thinking I'll have either Red Rock Shrimp or the Grilled Veggies w/ Chicken Salad, some kind of dessert
S: probably nothing

B - 1/2 ww bagel with pb; 1/2 banana
S - cottage cheese and berries
L - left at home; probably buy a turkey sandwich
S - I'll pick up something when I get my sandwich, or I have an emergency Luna bar
D - chicken once more. I'm ready for this bird to be done. Or, wait, I could eat the chili I didn't bring for lunch.

Sad today - a neighbor of mine had a heart attack last night, and while I don't have confirmation on this, I'm pretty sure given the activities by paramedics when they took her to the hospital that she was declared dead at the scene (no sirens, tubed but not bagged/no CPR ongoing, etc). They are great neighbors, an older couple always checking on us to make sure we're OK, and I'm so sad for her husband today.

B - French toast w/ egg beaters
S - Orange
L - Leftovers: Spaghetti squash bake
S - Popcorn
S - Protein shake
D - London broil, sweet potato fries, brussels sprouts
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 70 min cardio - done.
