Saturday:
B - shredded wheat, skim milk
S - small cranberry muffin (jiffy mix-sized), 1 prune
L - @Boston Market, half chicken carver sandwich, half side sweet potatoes, half side mac and cheese, unsweetened iced tea
D - lasagna, glass white wine
E - hills run 2 miles
Sunday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, apple butter, walnuts, skim milk
S - apple
S - 1 prune, sf zucchini bread
S - leftover rice and african chicken
D - beef tagine, couscous
E - 3 hour hike
and on to today!
Monday:
B - shredded wheat, skim milk
L - lasagna
S - two small apples
D - ww penne w/sweet potato, feta, spinach, and walnuts
S - ww toast w/low-sugar jelly
E - HIIT run
