Hi all --

I see some familiar faces here in Maintenance from my previous stint on the boards. I'm back (for the second time I know) after regaining quite a bit of weight. I'm on plan and working out now, though, and I'm trying to revisit all the things that made me successful the first time around. That includes 3FC!
