Okay, I confess, I ate one chocolate covered caramel yesterday and I had an extra glass of wine with dinner.

But I'm down 1.5 pounds! I'll change my stats on Monday. I think some of the loss may be that I got up a full 3 hours later than usual.

B~banana
S~??may not have time today
L~I'll be having my hair done, so this will be tricky. I'll take along some carrots to munch on and plan on a later snack
S~a sandwich sounds good
D~soup and salad

Sunday

B - Trader Joe's non fat greek yogurt with honey, 1 small chopped peach

L - salmon salad on a small whole wheat bun with spinach leaves, dill pickles and an orange

S - mango

Dinner - went to Outback. Had 2 small pieces of bread, iced tea, 7 oz sirloin, steamed green beans, plain baked sweet potato

S - we liked the yogurt place we went to yesterday so much, we went back! I had another small (filled it about half full) with crushed graham crackers.

Outback + frozen yogurt - Not too bad for a "treat" meal!

Today wasn't awful - but it was filled with little bits of this and that rather than real meals/snacks (except for b'fast which was as usual). Of course, I was sorely in need of going to the grocery, which I did, and now have a good supply of healthy foods, and a bag ready to take my lunches for work.

B - oatmeal with craisins, walnuts, skim milk; 1/2 ww eng muffin
L, Ss - 1/2 egg salad sandwich (after church); 1/2 ww eng muffin w/ pb; 2 spoonfuls of leftover spaghetti, 1/2 lemon bar
D - homemade veggie pizza, with lf mozzarella; glass of wine
