L - Panera salad (300), piece of bread (150)
S - fruit salad (50), potato chips :o (150)
D - pasta (350), sauce (90), cheese (30)
S - 1/3 ww tortilla (40), fruit salad (50), watermelon (50), small piece celery w/PB & raisins (50)
Total - 1715
Exercise - 10 min leg strength

L-salmon, brown rice, stir fry veggies
S-popcorn
D-ww spaghetti&sauce, zucchini, salad
S-chocolate animal crackers

L - lean cuisine sesame chicken (330)
S - strawberries (30), two mini clementines (60), yogurt (150)
D - wonton soup: wontons (120), spinach (15), seasoning packet (15), udon noodles (200)
S - watermelon (60), ww english muffin (150) w/ tub marg (40) & honey (40)
Total - 1580
Exercise - 30 min dog walk, 10 min leg strength

D (plan) - rice (200), leftover tofu/greens (100)
Total (plan) - 1335
Exercise (plan) - 30 min walk with dog, 20 min leg strength, 5 min wrist strength
