Hi, im Mark and im now a maintainer!! Who would have thought it!? I weight myself today and the scales were at 10 stone 13lbs. I really wanted to see 10 on the scales and thats when i knew i would be finished tho i will maintain at arond 11stone.

Soooooo proud of you!!! I've been reading your posts for a few months, and you are quite an inspiration! Good for you for knowing you need to stay on track to keep your new hot and healthy body! Cheers to you!
