Wonderful ideas, guys!
3FC is the only site that I have found with such a well developed and helpful maintaining weight section, but we all know how difficult it is, and how much we need support as well! I would love to have our own "Goal" section, where we can post things like "one year, two year, five years at my goal weight" etc., and NSV as well. That helps keep me motivated, that I STILL AM WORKING TOWARDS HEALTH! Goals achieved are insipring to read about for me, and I'd love to hear about the Yes, I've done it moments of others on this part of the journey.

Another good idea! We could call it something like "Maintenance Milestones". Other ideas for a name?

I think that's a great idea. Maintenance Milestones.

As others have said, I don't really think we need a special exercise forum. Recipes, however -- I would love that. I want to know what the "pros" are eating. The tried and true recipes that help people maintain.

I agree with RockinRobin. I'd like to see us having a place where we can give ideas/hope for ourselves and others when we see the weight go over the red line. I REALLY appreciate getting support/ideas from so many of you over the past 3 months. I know it feels as if it's a constant battle to not just say "to h--- with it, I'm going to eat whatever I want!" Gosh! I'd love to have a day where I'd just eat whatever I want. Of course, I bet I could have a record weight gain from eating candy, candy, candy, ice cream, chips, dip, donuts, oh heck!

I'm definitely up and in for the recipe area. I am always looking for something new to cook. I'd like to suggest, though, that the recipes include whatever nutritional information we can give for them, so it makes it easier to see if they'll work in our own maintenance program.
