How is everyone doing this week?

Monday:
B - oat bran (cold) (210) w/skim milk (85)
S - banana (105)
L - leftover turkey mushroom casserole (325)
S - apple (80), orange (60), 2 pieces gum (30)
D - a couple bites of bread (30), cooking light chinese-style steak stir-fry with rice (350)
S - two slices grasshopper pie (640) (But now it is ALL GONE)
Total: 1915
Exercise: 15 mins elliptical, 35 mins uphill fast walk (up to 4.2mph) on treadmill, back exercises

Tuesday:
B - oat bran (hot) (150) w/raisins (20), brown sugar (30), and skim milk (85)
S - banana (105), two peanut M&Ms (20)
L - leftover beef stuff (325)
S - pear (100), apple (80), hot cocoa (80)
D - 2 banana cran bran muffins (232), leftover turkey (150) w/lf gravy (64), stuffing (150), salad (15) w/dressing(40)
Total: 1646
Exercise: 15 mins elliptical, 25 mins strength legs/back

L - leftover stir fry (300)
S - apple (80), tangerine (37), 1 piece gum (15), 1 butterscotch hard candy (20)
D - lean cuisine butternut squash ravioli (350)
S - hot cocoa (140) made w/skim milk (85), ww toast (110) w/jelly (50)
Total: 1557
Exercise: 15 mins bike

Total: 1427
Exercise: 35 mins uphill walk

L - farfalle/kale/sausage stuff (330)
S - chips (150), yogurt (150), slice of ww bread (110), 1 mexican wedding cookie (90)
D - (plan) leftover farfalle (330)
Total (plan): 1475
Exercise (plan): 15 mins walk, 20 mins elliptical, 15 mins strength legs/abs
