I am much more comfortable in weight loss mode than I am in maintenance. So I compromised and eat about 200 calories less than my maintenance calories and tone back a little bit on the fitness. Not drastically, just enough so I don't lose massive amounts of weight. I have lost 7 additional pounds since March 27, 2007. I reached my goal of 125 and my body wasn't done. I fluctuate between 118 and 122. I'm ok with that. As long as I don't go above 125 lbs, I'm cool, I guess. I don't want to go any lower than 115. I'm 5' tall.
