OK, a little late to be starting this thread but boy do I need it!
Wednesday:
B - raisin bran (200) w/skim milk (86)
S - 2 cups of herbal tea, tangerine (37)
L - 1 C spaghetti (196) w/leftover turkey meatballs and sauce (250)
S - banana (105), apple (80)
S - half a blueberry bagel (120) w/lf cream cheese (60), multivitamin (20)
D - roasted potatoes (about 2C, no butter or salt) (225) and broccoli (about 1C) (45) with about 2Tbsp of lf cheddar cheese on top (25)
Total: 1450
Exercise: walked around the neighborhood, only about 15 minutes because we were too sleepy from jetlag to walk any more
Thursday so far/plan:
B - raisin bran (200) w/skim milk (86)
S - hot cocoa (80), banana (105)
L - 2C chicken, beef, veggie soup (MIL made it, no idea what's in it, 460?)
S - apple (80), yogurt (150)
D - homemade "minestrone" soup (3C = 380, not sure exactly how much I'll eat but probably at least that much)
Total (plan): 1550-ish?
Exercise (plan): 30 mins elliptical or treadmill, back exercises, plus warmup and cooldown and stretching
