I highly suggest "The Firm" :) You can start with out weights and then add weights when you feel comfortable. My favorite so far is their Transfirmer series which costs around $50 I think. You get 3 (or 4) DVDs and a step which they call the Transfirmer. Their more modern videos (like the Transfirmer series) have someone who is doing modifications so that if you are beginning you know what to do.

Hi Linda! Yes you can use those 6 lbers! But like Mel and Nelie suggest, a DVD will help a lot, and some of the lower body stuff you can start with just your body weight. Really though, weight lifting doesn't have to take a lot of time, and having muscle will (a) help increase your metabolism and (b) firm up your body so you look smaller and, well, more fit! :)

At www.stumptuous.com Krista used to have a workout called All Dumbells All the Time. I'm sure that's one of the first places I studied.
