Disorder in the court

These are from a book called Disorder in the American Courts, and are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and now published by court reporters who had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place.

Thanks for a great laugh. I've read this many times before as I am in the legal profession, and I do have to say in defense of the profession that there are many, many talented attorneys out there. BUT the few who are not so good overshadow those good ones and make them all look bad. And they also give the rest of us something to laugh about.
