Five things you can't live without.........
 
........to keep you eating well and on track.
You can't live without these five things.
What are they?

Mine are:
1. Bottled water
2. Rice cakes (caramel and chocolate chip)
3. Whole wheat bread
4. Fruit, fruit, fruit........
5. Boneless chicken breasts

Good idea to list the 5 things you can't live without.

1. Support from DH
2. Water
3. WW Chocolate Mousse-1 Pt. gets me through the evening.
4. Kellogg's Bran Buds
5. Boneless Chicken Breasts

The top five things Baskoflove cannot live without:

5. boneless chicken breasts
4. blue bunny fat free sugar free yogurt
3. jello fat free pudding
2. my acryllic nails lol
AND THE NUMBER 1 THING BASKOFLOVE CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT...

Here is my lost of top 5 things that keep me on track:


1. Water!
2. Seeing some results, yay me! :D
3. easy to snack on raw fruits and vegetables
4. Exercise
5. Fitday and 3FC

and if I could add one more it would be tofu...my food of choice since 1989! (year I became a vegetarian)

Here are my five foods:

1. All vegetables -- sauteed, raw, salad, steamed, whatever.
2. Kashi "To Good Friends" Cereal
3. Scallops (2 oz cooked only 1 pt.)
4. Butter (without it, even only 1 tbls every 4 days, life is not worth living.)
5. The WW smoothies... when I'm dying to be "filled up" a smoothie really does it.

My five Non Foods:

1. My red leather belt -- that I bought 10 seconds after I got to goal. On days I'm feeling like I might overeat, I orchestrate what I'm going to wear around that belt. When it's on, it anchors me.
2. My journal. I've been on program for 188 weeks -- and only ONCE did I consciously NOT keep it. It made me crazy for a week.
3. Water. Without it, there is mayhem.
4. Meal planning. When I have an idea of what I'm putting in my face each day, it's much easier to stay on program.
5. Support and devotion of my DH. I know he must think I'm nuts -- especially when I ask him what he wants for dinner on Thursday night when it's only Sunday!

Starting wt: 196; Goal Wt: 150. Current Wt: 140. I LOVE WW.

1. my dh
2. my teddybears
3. my rollerblades
4. nonfat cappucino
5. movies; movies; movies...

1. my pre-bedtime reading time
2. my long bubble baths with tea and a book
3. my cafe mocha in the winter
4. my garden full of flowers and veggies and herbs
5. my beautiful and loving Portuguese Water Dog

1. my darling partner
2. my darling dog
3. chocolate (I kid you not, I can't imagine life without it!)
4. at least 2 hot meals a day (keeps me from eating junk)
