Good day! Thank you again for submitting your recipe. Below you will find our LA Chef modifications: Recipe Name: Taco Soup Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey breast, 1 medium onion, chopped (28 oz) can chopped tomatoes, no added salt 1 (16 oz) can corn, no added salt, 1 envelope low sodium taco seasoning 1 (30 oz) can pinto beans Preparation: Brown lean ground turkey, add one chopped onion, one large can of low sodium chopped tomatoes, one can of low sodium corn, one dry packet of low sodium taco mix, and one large can of low sodium pinto beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook 20 minutes. Serve with fat-free sour cream and reduced-fat cheese as desired on top.
