Broccoli Omelet Bake
Ingredients: 2 or 3 eggs, size according to plan 1/2 cup cooked broccoli, chopped 1 tsp dried onion 1 ounce reduced-fat cheddar or Swiss cheese, divided 2 Tbsp skim milk 1/4 tsp Morton Lite SaltŪ 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tomato sliced Preparation Instructions: Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in broccoli, onion, half of the cheese, milk, salt, basil, and garlic powder. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Arrange tomato slices on top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 325°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 serving Serving Size: 1 omelet Counts As: 1 Protein 2 Vegetables 1/2 Dairy |
