Light English Muffins

My book says I can have a whole english muffin as 1 starch if it's a lite muffin. I can't find light muffins anywhere. Anyone know how to find them. I even tried looking online. any help appreciated .

Thomas makes light english muffins, in whole grains, too - they're very good. I buy them at my local grocery store.

Have you asked the manager if they could order some from a vendor?

Country Hearth has a very good light english muffin also. I buy mine at Superwalmart, or at the local grocery store.
