Bars and Break-out
 

Hi ladies,

Just wonderin'... Do any of you guys break out when eating the bars? I look worse now than when I was 15!!! I am seriously considering coming off the bars! Anyone experience this?

I have noticed the same problem...not worse than when I was 15 but I constantly have blemishes....

Hmmmm, and I've tried different ones, but all result in the same thing :mad: ... I might have been exaggerating a bit about it being worse than my adolescent years :^:

Jenna......I had the same trouble with the bars........I told my COD, and I also had tummy troubles....and THEY suggested to go off of the bars. I am soooooo glad I did. I am eating all food, and I really feel good about it. My face and tummy cleared up right away!!! You will lose your gaurantee if you stop buying the bars...........unless you get a doc to say you are allergic to them (soy products). I did not pursue that, because, frankly, I didn't really care about the gaurantee. I just know I am spelling that wrong, but I dont' have time to look it up right now. give it some thought...........there are a lot of us that do not eat bars, and a lot of us that do...........it is a personal choice. i have to run.....kids are WILD today......I will check back in when I put them to bed (nap).
