I just wanted to second the vote for calling your old centre and standing up for yourself re: continuation of your program. I joined my program in July and in August discovered that I was pregnant. I didn't even have to ask - the counsellors immediately suggested that my program be suspended. When I had to go back, all it took was a phone call. If your centre didn't suggest that to you, then it would seem to me that you would have the right to be reinstated, even if only to regain the materials that you are seeking.

Either way, welcome to the boards, congratulations on your baby, and good for you for getting right back on the weight loss wagon! That takes conviction so soon after your baby's birth!

the program that you would be on now would probably NOT be the gold plan, especially if you are nursing. if you have the time (which you probably don't have too much of), try searching this forum. I even believe their is a thread titled "LAWL Mommies". good luck!

Actually, scratch that the post is really just for a good laugh. like someone else said, try the hotline. You do not want to end up losing protein/energy because you are following a plan that is too strict so please be careful.
